개인정보처리방침 (한국어)

꼼지락 스튜디오(이하 "회사")는 Popca(팝카) 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. Popca는 별도의 회원가입이 없으며, 광고·추적 식별자를 사용하지 않습니다.

1. 사진 처리 — 기기 내 처리 원칙

카드에 사용하는 사진은 이용자 기기 안에서만 합성되며, 기본적으로 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 사진 보관함·카메라 접근 권한은 카드 제작에만 사용됩니다.

2. 수집·보관하는 정보

• 인터랙티브 링크 공유 시(선택·동의 기반): 완성된 카드 이미지(사진 포함)와 카드 문구가 서버에 업로드되어 30일간 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다. 링크를 아는 사람은 열람할 수 있습니다.
• 기념일 알림: 이용자가 저장한 기념일과 알림은 기기 안에서만 예약되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 회사는 이름·연락처·위치 등 개인 식별정보를 수집하지 않으며, 추적·광고 식별자(IDFA 등)를 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 제3자 및 처리 위탁

링크 공유 기능의 카드 이미지 저장·전송에는 클라우드 인프라(예: Vercel)가 사용됩니다. 결제는 Apple App Store를 통해 이루어지며 회사는 결제수단 정보를 보관하지 않습니다.

4. 보관 기간

공유된 카드 데이터는 업로드 후 30일이 지나면 자동 삭제됩니다. 그 밖에 회사가 별도로 보관하는 개인정보는 없습니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 링크 공유 동의를 앱 설정의 "웹 공유 동의 초기화"로 언제든 철회할 수 있고, 기념일·알림을 기기에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 공유한 카드의 조기 삭제를 원하면 아래 이메일로 요청해 주세요.

6. 아동의 개인정보

Popca는 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 회사는 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy (English)

Kkomjirak Studio (the "Company") respects the privacy of Popca users. Popca has no account sign-up and uses no ads or tracking identifiers.

1. Photos — On-Device Processing

Photos used in a card are composited on your device only and are not sent to any server by default. Photo library / camera permissions are used solely to make cards.

2. What We Collect & Store

• When you share an interactive link (opt-in): the finished card image (including the photo) and card text are uploaded and stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted. Anyone with the link can view it.
• Anniversary reminders: anniversaries and reminders you save are scheduled on your device only and are not sent to any server.
• We do not collect personal identifiers such as name, contact, or location, and we use no advertising/tracking identifiers (e.g., IDFA).

3. Third Parties & Processors

The link-sharing feature stores and serves card images using cloud infrastructure (e.g., Vercel). Payments are handled by the Apple App Store; we do not store payment details.

4. Retention

Shared card data is automatically deleted 30 days after upload. We keep no other personal information.

5. Your Rights

You can withdraw link-sharing consent anytime via "Reset share consent" in the app settings, and delete anniversaries/reminders on your device. To delete a shared card early, email us below.

6. Children's Privacy

Popca is not directed to children, and the Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
