본 약관은 꼼지락 스튜디오(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 Popca(팝카, 이하 "서비스") 이용에 관한 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
Popca는 사진 한 장으로 인터랙티브 축하 카드를 만들어 이미지 또는 링크로 공유하는 유료 앱입니다. 사진 합성은 이용자 기기 내에서만 이루어지며, 광고와 추적 식별자를 사용하지 않습니다.
이용자가 "인터랙티브 링크 공유"에 동의한 경우에 한해, 완성된 카드 이미지(사진 포함)가 서버에 업로드되어 30일간 보관된 후 자동 삭제됩니다. 링크를 아는 사람은 해당 카드를 열람할 수 있습니다.
서비스는 Apple App Store를 통해 제공되며, 결제·환불은 Apple의 정책을 따릅니다. 구독 관리 및 환불 요청은 App Store 계정 설정에서 진행할 수 있습니다.
회사는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 이용자가 제작·공유한 콘텐츠 및 이용자 간 분쟁에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.
회사는 필요 시 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 변경 후 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

These Terms govern your use of Popca, a mobile application provided by Kkomjirak Studio (the "Company"). By using the app you agree to these Terms.
Popca is a paid app that turns a single photo into an interactive greeting card you can share as an image or a link. Photo compositing happens on your device only. The app uses no advertising and no tracking identifiers.
Only when you consent to "interactive link sharing," your finished card image (including the photo) is uploaded and stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted. Anyone with the link can view that card.
The Service is offered through the Apple App Store; payments and refunds follow Apple's policies. Manage subscriptions or request refunds from your App Store account settings.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for user-created or shared content or for disputes between users. The Service is provided "as is."
We may update these Terms and will announce changes in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
